Thursday, February 28, 2019 - Burgundy Tasting (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Spring flowers with Anjou pear, lemon curd and lemon zest throughout. Very good weight for its level. Better to cellar another year or two for oak to soften, but this is a great value wine.
