Sunday, March 3, 2019 - Medium gold, small beady bubbles. Rich with a little funk nose - magnolia, lime zest, seashells, gold apple. Brut nature is evident but it’s not extreme or austere - lemon peel, saltine cracker, raspberries but it misses a little depth or non linear evolution.
