Saturday, March 9, 2019 - Pale yellow color with tiny bubbles. Very dry with a bouquet and flavor of lemon with a bit of toast. More fruity than the first bottle. Good balance but with limited nuance and a moderate finish. Drunk with our neighbors with some very nice blue cheeses, salami, and prosciutto.
