Saturday, July 19, 2008 - Double decanted for 3 hours before drinking. I will second previous notes as far as the aromas of scrocher earth and smoke. Deeply concentrated and intense nose of cassis, smoke, and earth. This is a wild beast of a bordeaux. A little lacking on te finish at this point but this is still a young pup. Drinking well decanted, this wil no doubt smooth and round out with some age.
