Saturday, March 9, 2019 - Tasted @ bigger Bordeaux 2016 arrivage tasting.

Dark, virile and super classic, with notes of tobacco, cassis, cedar wood, licorice, spices, also some graphite. It‘s medium-full bodied, with excellent depth, medium-high tannin that is super silky, high acidity and excellent length. A superbly classic, old-school GPL but compared to earlier vintages it seams more approachable and the tannin is silkier. Excellent. (95+)
