Saturday, April 6, 2019 - Outstanding. Cherry, tobacco, black liquorice. Such smooth viscous texture that coats your tongue and allows the flavor to linger after every sip. Also some aroma of dry fruits like prune. Lots of sediment. Cork was in perfect condition. Opened 30min before drinking and left in bottle. Then pours right before serving rare roasted lamb chops.
