Tuesday, April 9, 2019 - Cocktailish & port-like. This tastes more like crème de cassis than wine. Nose is sweet, palate is sweet, finish is short. Overextracted, overripe & unbalanced.
Reminds me of a McMansion. Pretentious using extract and over-ripeness to invoke a sense of richness but clumsily executed leading to a mass-production impression.
At the price point, I'll look elsewhere for options with more serious craftsmanship.
