Saturday, September 22, 2018 - I used this in a braised beef shank recipe and drank the rest on 9/22/18. It had a soft, harmonious bouquet of black currant, toast, vanilla, cinnamon and spice aromas. The palate was smooth and soft with flavors that followed the nose.
