Monday, April 15, 2019 - Dry and dusty, this drags across the palate like a ship's anchor on the sea bed. Earthy not fruity. Powerful acid structure which gives a pleasing and jagged mouthfeel. Plenty of craggy attitude here although its certainly an acquired taste. I'd allow 5 years before opening another.
