Friday, April 19, 2019 - Disgorged Dec-2016 - consumed over two evenings - bubbles held up well. As always one of my favorite rosés. On the nose - mild hints of wild strawberry. Tastes of strawberry, lemon zest, a touch of watermelon and minerals and salinity on the finish. This is bright and delicious.
