Wednesday, April 24, 2019 - This bottle is hitting on all cylinders, unlike the previous one that had some reductive notes. This bottle has lovely citrus fruit, including grilled lemon and lemon curd, with good minerality and acidity. This wine is more round than a typical Chablis and reminds me more of a Meursault.
