Wednesday, May 1, 2019 - Notes from memory a day later... I do love good Fiano! The texture on this was wonderful, somewhat oily but unctuous. Medium+ acidity. Honeyed citrus and tropical fruit notes abound. Good minerality with some wet slate. Quite long on the finish. Excellent with my soft shell crab entree.
