I just brought a 94 to a restaurant and have never seen this wine aside from the bottle I had that was gifted to me. Curious.

8/22/2021 9:05:00 AM - Dave, oddly I remember that night, only because of the Dante Rivetti. I remember loving how it smelled. I still have one of them. I think it is drying out though based on the last couple I’ve had. I don’t remember which other bottle was ours. Perhaps the Brunello or Aston. One of the couples there brought this wine back from a trip to CA.

8/22/2021 10:40:00 AM - Thanks for replying Jeff. Interesting take on cabernet. This bottle was gifted to me. That friend also purchased for themself. They told me the winery contacted them and offered to buy the wine back for 3X what they paid. Very strange. But I see the CT value presented as fairly high for a some vintages.
