Monday, May 13, 2019 - PNP into Galateo Burgundy glass (“No” day): Garnet with bricking rims.

Tobacco leaves and cigar box notes. Mushroom and sou bois on the nose. Caramel notes too. Tertiary notes but remain very precise.

Nicely acidic and consistent flavours with the nose.

92-93 points.
