Thursday, May 16, 2019 - very elegant and top crafted, shows powerful minerality, balanced and smoothed acidity, freshness, wonderful notes of apples and white fruit. Classy and very enjoyable. At Locanda Perinella in a sort of farewell dinner with all M's and NB.
