Tuesday, May 14, 2019 - PnP, chilled. The nose yielded only some minerality. The citrus dominates the medium bodied palate, with minerality and bright acidity. The wine is quite palate cleansing and particularly well paired with a dish of angel hair pasta, with shrimp, in a white garlic sauce. Should hold for a couple of years.
