Thursday, August 7, 2008 - Some amount of raspberry, but not overly fruity. Much more in the vein of earthiness and leather, with some herbage on the finish. And a quick right turn in the acidity with the herb. A little thin in the mouth. Much better with food, especially a creamy chicken w/mushrooms.
