Thursday, May 30, 2019 - All Acid no fruit, had it side by side with the 2015 to tell difference - even in its youth it’s so clear 2015 is the far better vintage. This wine must be had with bold food otherwise it’s naked on its own. Would pair well with heavily seasoned Salmon or coq au vin or something similar
