Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Off the by the glass list at Spinassa's sister bar since I arrive a bit early for dinner. Almost a sweet note to begin with that is balanced with some tart. Bit of lemon peel. The bubbles are very obvious here and on the coarser side. There is a point right in the mid-palate that I enjoyed, but overall not my favorite set of bubbles. The champagne that we had after blew it out of the water.
