Wednesday, June 5, 2019 - Very light color typical of this wine as it ages. Quite savory and fresh on the palate with muted dark cherry fruit and a nice hint of eucalyptus. I love the texture of this wine and the finish has a nice succulence and good mineral complexity with notes of herbs and mountain grasses. I like the way the Black Label ages and I prefer to drink the White Label in the first 10 years after the vintage.
