Monday, June 10, 2019 - Low to mid shoulder fill. Initially super funky and dirty, but it blew off after an hour with a bit of port, herbs, funk, iron and blood. Palate was structured but undoubtedly over the peak with some plum and chinese medicine. The acidity was still there despite faded fruit.
