Wednesday, July 3, 2019 - Tight and closed at first, opened up nicely after an hour when the Cab Franc began to wake up. Past peak 2 hours later. Short drinking window. Dark fruits, cocoa, medium tannins. This is not the average Merlot, has some similarities to a Cab as the Cab Franc asserts itself. Good QPR.
