Monday, July 8, 2019 - Powerful nose of gooseberry, grass, lime & celery. Round and balanced on the palate with some melon notes. A bit of anise emerges on the longish finish. Fine intensity and focus, if a bit soft-edged. I'd drink it over the next couple of years.
