Friday, July 19, 2019 - Decanted 2+ hrs. Just as if not more delicious than first tried at a tasting last fall, gorgeous dark fruits, layers of chocolate and espresso with baking spices, herbs, and a crisp but long velvety smooth finish which persists 30-45+ seconds. Contrasted at CF tasting with Paleo 2012, Enimigo Gualtallary 2010, Novicium 2015, and Detert 2014 - this was the clear front runner for 3/6 tasters. Believe this will improve over next 5+ years as well, so re-upped for 4 more, 94-95 now, 96+ potential. Yum yum!!
