Monday, August 5, 2019 - Ruby with slight orange tinges
N: Red fruits (strawberries and red cherries). Iron and brine.
P: high acid, medium body, medium tannin that intensified over time. Very slight smoke and leather. Wet leaves, tar and spicy herbs. Long finish.
