Wednesday, August 14, 2019 - Grand Designs Reveal Week - Dinner #2 (Wedge House, Queensberry, Central Otago, New Zealand): Finest Champagne I've drunk in at the past few years! The essence of refinement in the pol Style, with plenty of Pinot weight. Gorgeous Brioche nose, tiny bubbles with froth effervesnce. In the mouth, all refinement, very fresh, but clearly a wine with aged character that hints at even greater things to come. Superb modulated and leghthy finish.
