Monday, August 19, 2019 - Leaves, leather herb and raspberry, rose and rosemary on the nose.
Med red colour with with deep red core.
Light bodied herb, red fruit. Pepper on entry.
Midway through cacao tannins grip. Savoury. Tannins suck your cheeks in.
Meat, herb, black cherry length. Blood and salty roast.
Note for next bottle, eat with high fat marbled steak. Drink next bottle in 5-7 years. 4 out of 5.
First bottle with Nick and Carl. 11 to go.
