Friday, September 20, 2019 - Alcohol is 13.5% seems higher content. Aerated 1 time at temp of 60 or 61. Translucent violet at at edges. Little purple red brown. Is a solid Pinot, very light and goes well with fish, veggie dishes and anything not to heavy and over powering. Lively fruit taste at the end of berries and plums. Good fall wine. Could spring too. I would make sure to have this within the next two years or so. Max 2022. It’s in its prime drinking window.
