Richness, buttered popcorn, ripe apple notes, but it never really all comes together. Lacking in acid and full bodied, so it feels a bit flabby, but I think that is also a reflection of the style of the day. Unfortunate to have missed it at its best but, due to a crazy pricing error, I'm only out $10, so I can't complain.
