Monday, October 7, 2019 - Wine is clear pale lemon in colour. There is a lot of petulance in the glass and in the bottle. Possibly from excess so2 when bottling.
On the nose there is an intense aroma of lime zest, melon, asparagus and cut grass.
The wine is dry with no detectable sugar. High acid, medium alcohol, medium + flavour, medium - body, with a short finish. Flavors consistant with the nose of mango, melon, and lime juice.
In conclusion this is a simple wine that is balanced with intense flavour but a short finish. I would rate this as a good wine. It is not suitable for aging.
