Friday, November 8, 2019 - Excellent. Superb and substantial version of sparkling shiraz. 13.5% alc.
Colour: deep black berry
Bouquet: sweet rich blackberry, blueberry and plum fruit, spice, boot polish, leather, some yeast character
Palate: like bouquet, slightly metallic, very full bodied and flavoured, very dry long clean finish
