This is rich and concentrated, with moderate acidity - I would prefer more raciness, but this wine is still balanced, even though it falls on the fatter side. But the fruit (pineapple, guava, orange marmalade) is so delicious, and it's laced with ginger snaps, honeycomb, spiced tea, underlying chalky minerals. Really delicious stuff. Glad I popped it when I did, as I'm not sure it has the acid to age for too long.
