Monday, November 25, 2019 - WSET Level 3; 11/3/2019-2/3/2020 (San Diego, CA): Outstanding. Knockout, pronounced nose of baked apples, dried apricot, almonds, rye toast. Extended, high intense finish.

I never take good notes for wines I absolutely love. Wish I did! But I just simply soak in the experience.
