Friday, October 11, 2019 - Terrific bottle. Brought with me for a dinner party at Niven in Rijswijk, Netherlands; it followed a Patrick Piuze Chablis Butteaux 2015, and brilliantly showed another facet of Chardonnay. Beautiful balance of acidity and fruit, fresh and youthful, already exhibiting secondary flavors. No doubt this will age well, but I felt no crime committed in drinking it this young.
