Community Tasting Note

Thursday, October 10, 2019 - Screwcap, 13% alc. Bright, translucent yellow-green. Youthful appearance.

Lemon, lime, talc, and sea spray, white flowers, orange peel and lanolin aromas. Buttered toast highlights. Relatively youthful nose, but also displaying beautifully integrated bottle-aged complexity.

In the mouth, the wine shows a good amount of flavour and length. Has very firm, lemony acidity, but at the moment it is nicely balanced.

Opinion: Better than my recollection of the previous bottle. Drink now.
