Wednesday, January 1, 2020 - New Year's (Chicago, IL): "Isn't this a band?" For my palate, this was a little more acid-driven than I would have liked, as I found it lacking a bit of body and showing a little thin. A touch of tart apples and maybe some breadiness too.
