Sunday, January 12, 2020 - Light purple translucent. Hot nose, then ripe dark fruit. No oak, or not much. Green pepper on occasion. The palate is delicious: just the right balance of dry tannin and juicy acidity to make you want one more sip. Very nice! Day 2 still strong. A little black pepper in the glass, too.
