Tuesday, January 14, 2020 - Dinner with Herwig (Heirloom cafe): Disgorged 2016. Aromatic, beautiful nose with some brioche, red apple, slightly oxidative; palate is medium bodied, apple skin, high acid, lovely persistence. A great rose champagne. 94
