Tuesday, January 14, 2020 - Tasted at the Wine & Spirits Top 100 Symposium in NYC. 100% new French oak aged with no malolactic fermentation. Bright yet broad on the palate with anise/fennel seed, citrus, green apple in successive layers. Lots of texture and length on the finish. Delicious, controlled, elegant and slightly oily (like lemon oil). Excellent!
