Friday, January 17, 2020 - The lovely Parsonage tasting room had some of these bottles when I asked about their Bixby Petit Verdot, so I grabbed one of these. Needs about 45-60 minutes of decanting right now to open up a bit, and then it's terrific: Red and black fruits create an opulent aroma that I love to savor. On the palate, it's red cherries and secondary notes of blackberry and loganberry. Delicious. Reminds me of a Quilceda Creek release.
