Friday, January 17, 2020 - Nose: yellow apples, peach and lemon with notes of nuts.
Palate: lemon and yellow stonefruit with subtle notes of butter and popcorn. Fresh but with good creamy, texture, excellent length and nice mouthwatering minerals in the finish.
Good match to a butter-fried codspine with mashed potatoes and a creamy lobster-sauce.
