Sunday, February 2, 2020 - Wonderful nose of moss, dark fruits, and mushroom. Very typical of the type of pinot I like. Taste is congruent—lots of dark cherry, black plum, and other dark fruit notes, with a hint of bitterness on the finish. High acid, medium complexity, medium plus finish. A well made wine, but it still can’t completely hide the fact that it’s 14.5%.
