Saturday, February 1, 2020 - Knoll is still my favorite of the Wachau producers. I think the longer elevage gives the wines a deep, serious quality. Then you add the exuberant fruit of 2015 on top and all the spindly fractious meadow notes. Plenty off depth and structure. Will probably age as long as you want it to. I think it'll be at its apex in a few years.
