Tuesday, February 11, 2020 - Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave and Pinot Bianco. Med lemon in color. Clean, with muted aromas of lemon, lime, white flowers and stone. Sees no oak. Dry, with med + acidity and med alcohol (13%). The body, flavor intensity and length are med., with a slightly chewy and savory finish. This wine is probably at its peak or slightly past. Drink now, not intended for aging.
