Thursday, February 27, 2020 - From magnum. Appropriately dark ruby color, slightly opaque with mildly bricked rim. Soft baking spice and black cherry nose, at this age faithfully carrying-over to the palate. Mildly oaky and goodly jammy with enough structure to easily last another 5 yrs (in this format). TGE's first vintage, 100% Martini Clone Pinot Noir planted in 1997 by Davis Bynum.
