Saturday, March 7, 2020 - Decated for an hour, drank over another hour. It was outstanding! Tannins have soften up to a perfect state, they're still there. While being a dry wine, it does have a good acidity to it. Full body and good intensity. Notes of black cherry, dried herbs, blackberry, cedar, leather, earthiness, licorice and balsamic vinegar. There's a meaty side to this wine. All in all, very nice complexity and very well balanced. This is in a perfect place and should definitely be decanted.

I wouldn't decant it all too long...1 hour should do the power!^^
