Friday, January 3, 2020 - This hasn't aged much in its time. Still fresh and vibrant. I prefer the balance of the swan and 777's over the jasper vineyard bottling, but this is still a solid performer. Pair with light fair, mushroom risotto comes to mind. Drink/hold.
