Monday, March 16, 2020 - One of the very few, if not the only, disappointing wines I've ever had from this top tier, but under-the-radar, Rheingau producer. There are one-dimensional citric fruit and minerality here, but the wine is a little too dry for its own good on the finish and also finishes slightly bitter. Better with food than on its own. Cellared since original release.
