Paired great with NY Strips. No change from my note in 2/2017 although this was great with the steaks:
"Great nose - rose petals, sour cherry, tart cherry, tobacco. On palate, great fruit (sour cherry / tart cherry) with medium+ body, high acids, stout tannins and long finish." Tannins have mellowed somewhat and it threw a fair amount of sediment. 93+/-
