Thursday, March 26, 2020 - exceptional pairing with a lovely spicey stir fry at home. Purchased at the vineyard following a private un-announced tasting on a bank holiday when Catherrine Faller answered the door.
The creaminess and exotic fruits just so worked with the chiilie, garlic and fresh ginger. had the texture and flavours to be consumed well chilled at about 8c. this is so well made from such great terroir ir will go on for years ! if only I had more left.
